Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99.

Our shirts and hoodies are printed to order. Orders usually take about 3 business days to make, then about 4 business days to arrive. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or misprinted items

Every shirt and hoodie is printed just for you. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Just email us at jason@folkfishstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. You don’t need to send the item back.

Returns and exchanges

Because our apparel is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on shirts and hoodies for a different size, a different color, or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Unworn hats and unopened stickers can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email us first and we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement or your order seems to be taking too long to arrive, email us and we’ll help track it down or send a replacement.
